I just can not get on the computer as much!! I am taking lots of photos right now but I do not have enough time to blog all of the photo sessions. I have to take care of my 3 kids!!

We are very excited!! This means the new year will have less hours for photography. I plan on taking it easy the first part of 2011.  

I have tried to balance family and my work over the past 9 yrs. It REALLY bothered me to leave my kids every single Sat/Sun. Last year I prayed for months asking GOD for help. I have decided to not  take on 25 weddings a year. I decided to let my kids play sports in the FALL and be there for the games. Good thing I decided this in 2009 since I book a year in advance- so in 2010, my kids were able to play many sports and I was able to be there! (I only took on 18 weddings in 2010) PLUS- bam another child on the way. Good thing I listen to GOD and my work load was cut in half since I learned to say NO to working all of my weekends.

I am currently laying low until I have the baby. I teach high school photography and that is enough for me right now. I am currently NOT shooting in the spring of 2011. I will pick back up in the SUMMER of 2011. Please note the FALL sessions go fast and I will only work one day a week in the FALL to ensure my family is takin care of. PLEASE call me now or in JUNE to set up a FALL session. Right now I have 5 weddings for 2011 and it might be just enough for me since I have a newborn.

I am sure I will show you photos of the new baby. Right now, blogging is not a big part of my day. I barely put up all the photos I shot for 2010 because I do not have enough time!! You know how it is!! Thanks and GOD BLESS!!

They keep asking to play: basketball, baseball and football. Which means, there goes my Saturday weddings in the Spring and Fall!

I do not mind at all to do this.  I want my kids to play sports and be involed. This will force me to say NO. I tend to fill up the next year calendar and now I am blocking off Saturday’s.

I am still taking appointments but not as many for the future. Please note that SUNDAYS will be the big day for me in the Fall 2010. I fill up QUICK, so do not wait! I will keep the summer hours the same- SAT/SUN and during the week is open.   Please think about getting photos before the fall time!!
